Immunity 1



                Garlic                                       9  bunch                          Haldi (Tumeric)                   2 table spoon

               Sea Salt                                    2  tablespoon                 Lemon    (juice)                   9                                                              

               Black pepper                          1 tablespoons                 Olive Oil(Best)                    1L                                                         

               Avocado                                  6 semi ripe (black)          Cinnamon                            2 tablespoon

               Dill                                            1 bunch                            ONION (red)                        2 large

               Mint                                         2  Bunch                           Vinegar(Best)                     1L bottle                                                                    

              Coriander                                1 bunch                             Zeera (white)                      2 tablespoon                                                         

              Pomegranate (Grounded)     1 ½ tablespoon                Amla  Powder(Emlica)        2 tablespoon                                                                                                                                                                                         

              Green Pepper (long)             25 green peppers

Mix Them All IN A BLENDER to a fine paste                     

Note:  Reduce or increase the quantity in the above proportion.


Food supplement

           Mint                           2  Bunch                       Vinegar                               2 to 3 cups                                                                   

           Coriander                 1 bunch                        Zeera (white)                      2 tablespoon                                                         

           Amla  Powder           2 tablespoon                Green Pepper (long)        25 green peppers


Mix Them All IN A BLENDER  to a fine paste                                           

NOTE:  Use your judgement if the bunch are small, or lemon seem not enough etc.,

It is a miracle combination take one to two table spoon with food and enjoy the taste and benefit from its abundance of the body requirement, which will also “HEAL, PROTECT, and CURE is a blessing of ALLAH.  (refrigerate)
